Principal Trainer

An opportunity exists to join the Amovita team as our Principal Trainer (casual contract position).
The Principal Trainer Consultant will:
- Develop and deliver training programs (including the delivery of existing training programs)
- Develop training materials and participant workbooks for new training programs
- Manage and grow client relationships and introduce new business to the company
- Work with new and existing clients to determine their current and future training needs, proposing other Amovita services to maintain and grow the company
As a contract provider of Amovita Consulting, you will have:
- Experience as a Trainer (minimum 3 years) and hold a current certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Ability to travel intra and interstate on an intermittent basis
- Hold current membership with your relevant professional membership body
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality and work with an ethical and professional approach
- Demonstrated ability to write professional training programs at a university degree qualified level
- Unlimited access to the Amovita team of professionals, including the Director, Counsellors, Mediators and the Marketing & Communications service
- Your own ABN
