Tracey Harris

Tracey is a highly qualified and positive professional who has had over 20 years experience working in a range of areas including management, counselling, training and consulting.

Tracey’s core specialisation as an organisational and corporate consultant is in:

Tracey is a professional speaker and enjoys presenting on areas around high performance, leadership and professional supervision in the workplace.
Tracey is also registered with the Attorney General’s Department as a Child Inclusive Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is authorised to issue S 60I Certificates under the Family Law Act 1975. She is also a Clinical Counsellor with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
Tracey is an accredited Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Tracey’s career has spanned across the Government, Non-Government and Corporate sectors. She has been a senior manager with Housing Tasmania, has worked for a Member of Parliament, as a Senior Ministerial Policy Adviser and State Manager with TAFE.
Tracey also lectures in the Social Work program at ACU at their Brisbane campus in Public Policy, Working with Individuals and Groups and Organisational Practice and Field Education. She is also a guest Lecturer in Mediation at ACU.
As a professional Tracey works with organisations to develop and deliver accredited and professional development training across a number of areas in the human services and community sector.
Tracey has also been on the Board of a number of organisations. Tracey completed her Degree with Deakin University in Victoria.

Rebecca Stephens
MA (Education & Training), BSW (Aust) AASW & PTASW (UK) MAASW
Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and expertise both internationally and here in Australia through consultancy services, education and training.
As a Social Work professional, Rebecca specialises in workforce planning and development and works with organisations and corporate businesses to identify what training needs they have to ensure high performance is developed and maintained. She creates multi-media learning and development initiatives and her passion is to develop individuals, groups and organisations to be the best they can be.
She is an experienced presenter with a wide range of skills and expertise in promoting personal, professional and organisational development.
Rebecca facilitates presentations and workshops, provides professional supervision, works with individuals and families in counselling.
She has extensive experience as a social work practitioner, lecturer, trainer and consultant in Australian and in the UK working in government, non-government, community and private sector organisations.
She is committed to delivering high quality and ethical standards in all of the work she undertakes.
Rebecca is also a Lecturer in the social work program at ACU Brisbane campus

Katina Pavlou
Bach Social Work, BSZ, MBIT
Katina is a highly experienced professional and facilitator who works both with individuals and teams to bring about positive change. Katina has a passion for developing individuals to perform at their best both in their personal and professional life.
Katina’s expertise areas include communication skills, management and leadership skills, team culture and team development. Katina also teaches Certificate IV, Assessment and Workplace Training.
After completing her degree in social work at the University of Queensland, Katina has worked extensively in the community services industry within both the non government and government sectors and also within both mainstream and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Katina has worked with individuals, families and communities in a range of areas including mental health, disability, unemployment, domestic violence and abuse, aged care, grief and loss and personal counseling. Katina is also a qualified MBTI professional.
Katina lectures at TAFE in the Community Services Faculty.
